About Patti Tolley Parrish Stencils

In 2012 Patti Tolley Parrish began playing in mixed media art; and has had an obsession with it ever since. Patti began sharing her technique, tips, and delightful humor with her friends through YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. Shortly after word began to spread about Patti's fun personality and wonderful attitude towards life, her fan base grew allowing Patti to entertain, educate, and share her Inky Obsession worldwide.

Patti's passion, creativity, and talent led her to design her own line of stencils. Her stencils represent her love of geometric and abstract patterns plus unique designs that are perfect for adding her well-known “pop o' black” to her gelli prints. Recently Patti produced a line of rubber stamps that coordinate with her stencil line.

When Patti is not at what she calls her 'real job'; an Executive Assistant to the CMO at Ciena, you'll find her in her basement studio. She often has some of her art friends over for play dates where they laugh, eat, and co-create until the last one is standing.

Patti lives in Severn, MD with her loving husband Dave and their two yellow labs – Babe and Oakley. She and Dave are both breast cancer survivors. They met through an online dating website while Patti was undergoing chemo treatments. They were married on 09/09/09 and are living happily together and cancer-free!
